All Public Rooms are presently listed on the main
"Realms" Public Room List.
Rooms that are LARP-Related are listed with the word "LARP"
in front of the room's name.
To begin chatting / roleplaying, click
the "Enter" button below to sign up and begin.
"Puppets" are your various characters (also known as 'handles')
which you can create, edit, and delete - using them in any room you desire
for any storyline or chat. You may create as many characters/handles as
you need, but try to keep them managed and active as a courtesy to WBS.
Select a room by clicking the box next to the room's name, and then
hit the 'enter' button at the top of the list. Make sure to read and follow
each chat room's description and standards.

Hosting/Owning Your Own Room
All new and existing LARP-Related
Rooms must go through Adrianne Grady first - for when your LARP-Related
Room becomes a Hybrid or Public Room, or you wish to make a Permanent Public
Room (this does not include Private Rooms), as she is the main contact with
WBS for this venture.

If you are interested in running a regular Hybrid, Public, or Permanent Public chat room where LARP is not related in any way, you may go directly through WBS via their General Room Request procedures.
Understanding Room Levels and Evolutions
Private Rooms are free and can be created by any member simply by entering in your desired room name in the bottom open field on the Realms Public Room List and hitting the Enter button above it. You can invite people into your private room - All they need is the room's name which you created. Public Rooms cannot be customized (they resemble the basic WBS chat room graphic layout), but are fully functional and capable of growth. Private Room names are not listed and disappear each day (though a record is kept of their existence and activity by WBS).
Hybrid Rooms are free and are actually Private Rooms which became so popular (very active with multiple members and posts) that they met the minimum activity WBS requirement. The room owner was then given the opportunity to run the Private Room as a Hybrid Room, which is allowed to be customized by the owner (which includes customizing the layout, graphics, managing your players and personal room staff, adding extra functions, and more). If they become inactive over a period of time, they will disappear. WBS will notify you when this is beginning to occur. Hybrid Rooms may be listed.
Public Rooms are free and are actually Hybrid Rooms which moved up in status due to activity. They are listed in the main Realms Public Room List. If they become inactive over a period of time, they will revert back to Hybrid status. WBS will notify you when this is beginning to occur.
Permanent Public Rooms are paid for and are kept open for one year regardless of activity. They are customizable and are listed on the main public room listing.
