Nearly two hundred years ago, on the living orb Draeoz, the daughter of the highest Saigarnot merchant lords prepared to build what would fast become the most universally and other-dimensionally recognized entertainment venture of all recorded history.

Born into a racially diverse family of well-known merchants, Saentzyn-Kar began learning the art of business at an early age. Hundreds of years later, and numerous self-started, global corporations under her belt, Saentzyn-Kar found herself standing at the edge of her home world, Draeoz, contemplating the worlds beyond.

At the youthful and wise age of 814, semi-retired, and enjoying the simple pleasures of owning a smaller venture, a successful local gathering spot she named Kar-Reaz, she had found that she desired more for herself, and for her patrons.

It was within a mere three days that she devised a plan for the ultimate and, more than likely, final venture of her lifetime. She converted and expanded her venue into a collage of music and entertainment from various sources. Renaming her venue after the star that centers her world's solar system, and opening it to anyone, regardless of race or wealth, made Xatrian Crux an overnight success.

This brought about new positives and negatives...

On the positive side, it allowed many more to mingle, learn from each other, relax, and enjoy themselves. On the negative side, there was now consistently a potential for minor and major disputes of all sorts; resulting from prejudices, misunderstandings, short tempers, poor judgment while under the influence of various substances, and from those who simply wished to start trouble.

Saentzyn-Kar needed to quickly rebuild her venue into something which would not only be able to handle internal trouble, such as patron dangers and structural damage resulting from laser blasts, sword dings, and punches, but also external trouble, such as what might arrive from her venue drawing too much unwanted attention. And so, powerful mages were employed from various worlds, to create a solution, which would simultaneously release her from permanent management.

Within the month, the venue was made capable of traversing through space and time, as well as made capable of morphing its exterior appearance, without changing its interior, in order to blend into any environment as needed. In addition, its internal structure was made capable of repairing itself, returning back to its original state, within a short amount of time.

Occasionally, Saentzyn-Kar leaves the controls in the hands of a trusted friend to take vacations and each time, returning to bring back new interesting decorating ideas, music, and entertainment for the venue.

Over the course of 100 years or so, Xatrian Crux would become so extraordinarily well-known that it would draw in every kind from worlds all over, regardless of where it landed - keeping its regulars notified of its present and forthcoming arrivals.

And now, Xatrian Crux has confirmed its arrival on Earth.
